Welcome to YGTeeV. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the YGTeeV mobile application, website(s), and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy set forth below. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting the revised Terms. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Please review the Terms regularly.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable eligibility requirements and that you will not use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

For children under 13 years of age ("Child" or "Student"), only a parent or legal guardian may create and manage the account. By creating the child's account and agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, the parent or legal guardian:
Parents/legal guardians may review the child's information, request deletion, revoke consent, or terminate the child's access at any time by contacting jim@ygteev.com. Revoking consent may result in suspension or deletion of the child's account.
Children under 13 must not create accounts or provide personal information directly to YGTeeV without the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. If we learn a child under 13 has created an account without proper parental involvement, we will delete the account and associated information.
The Service may allow you to post, upload, share, or otherwise make available content, including text, images, audio, or video ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant YGTeeV a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and distribute your User Content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license. You agree not to post User Content that:

The Service and all content, features, and functionality (including software, designs, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and the compilation thereof) are owned by YGTeeV or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any portion of the Service without our prior written permission.
To protect YGTeeV's mission, community, and intellectual property, you (including individuals, developers, and businesses) agree that you will not, without our prior written consent:
Any permitted access (e.g., via documented APIs) is limited to our then-current documentation, rate limits, and scope, and may be revoked at any time.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites or services. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YGTEEV AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, AND DIRECTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YGTeeV, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your User Content; or (d) any violation by a Student User under your supervision or control.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections intended to survive termination will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which YGTeeV is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
This Privacy Policy explains how YGTeeV collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the Service. It is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms.
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, join a group, fill out a form, or communicate with us. This may include your name, email address, date of birth (or age range), church or group affiliation, profile information, and any content you submit. We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as device type, browser, IP address, and usage analytics, to operate and secure the Service.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers (such as hosting, analytics, and email providers) who assist us in operating the Service, subject to confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
Student account information is visible to the youth leaders and administrators of the group(s) the student joins. Parents/guardians of minors may request access, correction, or deletion of their child's data at any time.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, though no system is 100% secure.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
